0xForce Terms of Service

Last Updated: 2026-03-15 ยท Document Version: v1.0.0

Welcome to 0xForce (the "Project"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 0xForce DAO Foundation, core ecosystem contributors, and the project team. By accessing or using any part of the website interface, CLI tools, pool UI, miner client, smart contracts, and protocol-linked services (collectively, the "Services"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and any later policy updates.

1. Core Web 4.0 Network Architecture & Service Terms

1.1 Decentralized and AI-driven nature. 0xForce is an experimental decentralized system. As a Web 4.0 protocol-layer infrastructure, code development, network deployment, runtime operations, parameter tuning, and emergency response are primarily executed by multi-agent AI systems, with only limited human intervention for baseline maintenance.

1.2 Disclaimer for unpredictable AI behavior. Because core logic, frontend upgrades, governance scheduling, and network difficulty decisions can be autonomously generated and deployed by AI, there is inherent uncontrollability and unpredictability. You fully acknowledge that AI hallucinations, unsupervised execution errors, UI rendering failures, asset parsing failures, compute allocation anomalies, and cross-chain behavior anomalies may occur. You accept all resulting losses, and the project team and contributors are fully exempt from liability.

1.3 Non-custodial services. Neither AI modules nor the project team provides custodial wallet services. Private keys, seed phrases, and authorization credentials remain under your sole local control. We cannot recover, reverse, or compensate for losses caused by key leakage, key loss, or user-side security failure.

2. Pool, Oracle, and Multisig Mechanism Disclaimer

2.1 Intelligent pool services. The pool UI and compute scheduling gateway coordinate testnet and mainnet hashrate. Due to high concurrency, DDoS, or AI dispatch mistakes, connection refusal, historical reward reset, balance merge failures, and payout execution failures may occur. No compensation is provided for such outcomes.

2.2 Decentralized oracle disclaimer. L2 oracles provide pricing, network hashrate estimates, and monitoring data. Because of chain reorgs, block jitter, source API failures, or AI aggregation mistakes, outputs may be stale, inconsistent, or materially incorrect. Losses caused by those outputs are your own responsibility.

2.3 Multisig arbitration and authorization. Treasury and key contract controls rely on threshold multisig governance. If signer loss or key-fragment damage prevents quorum, funds may be permanently frozen. 0xForce does not guarantee recovery, unlocking, or compensation.

3. XFO Price Volatility Risk Statement

3.1 Extreme volatility. XFO and other crypto assets can fluctuate violently and may fall to near-zero value due to speculative behavior, AI-cycle changes, and external shocks.

3.2 No investment advice. Whitepapers, docs, web content, social communications, and AI dialogue outputs are for informational and educational purposes only, and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

3.3 No value guarantee. XFO is primarily a utility token for network operations and compute coordination. No guarantee is made regarding secondary-market liquidity or fiat conversion value.

4. Service Interruptions and System Halt Disclaimer

4.1 Side-effects of automated updates. Frontend applications, ecosystem modules, and miner runtimes may be continuously regenerated and hot-updated by AI DevOps, potentially resulting in hard forks, module deprecation, or interface-level breaking changes.

4.2 Liability exemption for downtime. For outages, critical bugs, telecom failures, natural disasters, or regulatory restrictions, 0xForce disclaims direct and indirect liability. This includes unpaid mining rewards, missed block opportunities, and all opportunity-cost losses.

5. Safeguards and Fairness Commitments

5.1 Battle-tested core architecture. While AI heavily participates in orchestration and frontend evolution, the core ledger and cryptographic foundation are built on mature Monero-derived architecture with hardened consensus behavior.

5.2 Anti-cheat hardware identity and staking penalties. The network enforces hardware fingerprint verification with staking/slashing controls. Abuse through botnets, virtualized fraud, or client tampering may trigger full stake confiscation and permanent qualification revocation.

5.3 DAO Foundation fairness intervention role. In cases where AI operation causes severe unfairness or exploit concentration, the DAO Foundation may intervene with punitive and balancing actions to preserve network integrity.

6. DAO Final Jurisdiction and Service Revocation Rights

6.1 Final DAO arbitration. In major incidents (critical contract failure, irrecoverable chain issues, severe AI-induced disasters), the DAO Foundation may execute hard-fork remediation, state rollback, or emergency multisig actions as final governance decisions.

6.2 Unilateral right to revoke auxiliary services. Non-decentralized auxiliary interfaces (dashboards, API gateways, centralized communication channels) may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice for policy, resource, or emergency reasons.

6.3 Final interpretation rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xForce core contributors and the DAO Foundation retain sole and final interpretation rights over these Terms and related policy standards.

7. Entity Structure and Compliance Progress

7.1 Legal entity planning. 0xForce is advancing legal/compliance structuring with professional blockchain legal advisors.

7.2 Foundation and local compliant entities. The roadmap includes nonprofit foundation and local compliant operating entities to support transparent governance and regulated operations.

7.3 Milestone announcements. Compliance milestones will be announced through official channels and DAO governance disclosures when legally and operationally appropriate.

8. Amendments and Reservation of Rights

8.1 Right to modify terms. 0xForce and DAO governance may update or replace these Terms at any time, and revisions become effective upon publication.

8.2 Continued use as acceptance. You are responsible for reviewing updates. Continued access or use of any project service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Consent and Declaration

By compiling or using project code, running miner software, interacting with pool/oracle endpoints, or invoking any 0xForce interface, you confirm that you understand and accept the instability and risk profile of AI-dominant system governance. If you disagree with these liability limitations, DAO jurisdiction, or emergency intervention rights, you must immediately stop all interaction with the project.
